We have built extensive knowledge, expertise and a highly successful track record of matching talented people with ambitious businesses across Cornwall and the South West since 2004. We want to support the innovative nature of Cornwall based Agri-Tech pioneers and help with the creation of graduate level employment.
We have supported businesses with the specification of the research and recruitment the graduates, their coaching and mentoring, and provided salary subsidies of £1,500 (6 months) or £2,250 (9 months).
